Jamie began her career as Martin Scorsese’s intern and went on to work with David Fincher. Not bad. Her first feature film was But I’m a Cheerleader. She then directed The Quiet and Itty Bitty Titty Committee, the latter of which won the SXSW Competition Award for Best Feature Film. Again, not bad! She served as executive producer on Silicon Valley and directed the last two seasons. Her other television directing credits include The L Word, Gossip Girl, Ugly Betty, Alias, Girls, Brooklyn Nine-Nine, Divorce, The Orville, It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia, United States of Tara, The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel, Russian Doll, Sorry for Your Loss, Nora From Queens (starring Awkwafina) and the new Amazon pilot, A League of Their Own. Jamie has also forayed into commercials, helming a Super Bowl spot for Olay starring Busy Philipps, Lilly Singh, Taraji Henson and Katie Couric.
